Disaster Management Centre (DMC) of the Ministry of Disaster Management took immediate steps to respond to floods and provided immediate relief through the district secretaries. With the increasing flood damages, Ministry of Disaster Management requested assistance from the members of the National Disaster Management Coordinating Committee (NDMCC) to provide immediate relief for the affected.
