In alignment with the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2022 - 2030 and the strategic direction set by the government, the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) has prepared the final document of the National Disaster Management Plan (NDMP) for the period of 2023 to 2030, with the support of all key stakeholders.
The Disaster Management Centre has planned a sensitisation workshop to be held on 7th September 2023, focused on a feedback gathering process, involving vital stakeholders within the disaster management sector.
